What is your jewelry made from?

Most of my jewelry is made from sterling silver and brass, and incorporate color through both glass, enamel and resin.  

How long does your shipping take?

All my jewelry is created at my home studio and is custom made and expect pieces to ship in 1-2 weeks unless otherwise noted in the product description.  You will receive a email notificaion with your tracking number one the item has shipped.  First class USPS usually takes 3-4 days for delivery once the item has shipped. International shipping can take 10+ days for delivery once the item has shipped.

How do I care for  my jewelry?

The jewelery I create is made to last, but to last needs to be cared for.  Jewelry made of sterling silver or brass will develop a surface patina over time with exposure to oxygen and moisture.  It is a natural process and nothing is wrong with the piece if it darkens.  Generallly jewelery that is taken off and stored when sleeping, showering, swimming has a longer lifespan.  

How do I clean my jewelry?

You can use polishing cloths to clean jewely so long as it's not plated.  There are special polishing cloths that are impregnated with a polishing compound that will remove the tarnish.  You can purchase these cloths through our online shop.  

You can also clean with a soluition of lemon and baking soda or take to any local jeweler to have cleaned.  

Do you take custom orders?

I do take orders on a case by case basis.  Please send me a note to start the conversation.

What is your retun policy?

I am happy to accept returns for store credit or an exchange.  Items must be in original condition and returned within 14 days of receiving the package.  All returns must be pre-authorized via email.  Return shipping is the responsibility of of the customer.    If items arrive damaged or broken we will replace the items free of charge.  If you are requesting an exchange for a different item, you will be charged for return shiping and any additional amount if your new item is more than the orignial piece ordered.  Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for refunds and will be dealth with on a case by case basis.
